KITCHEN: Granite counter double bowl SS sink and drain board. Glazed tile above counter to a height of 150 cm from floor. Provision of filter point with 6 amp plug point.
DOORS AND WINDOWS: Elegant teak wood entrance door, molded or flush door with hard wood frames for internal doors. Aluminum powder coated sliding windows and glazed sliding doors for balconies and MS grills for windows.
PAINTING: Polished entrance doors and painting on all internal doors and grills. Emulsion paint over wall putty in all rooms and ceilings except toilets and kitchen.
ELECTRICALS AND AC: Concealed wiring with superior quality PVC insulated copper cables and modular switches adequate light and fans. Master bedroom with concealed AC duct and 16 amp power plug and all bed rooms with PVC conduit only for 16 amp wiring for AC units facility. Four 16 amp power plug and controlled by ESLB and MCB. Selected points with stand by Genset. Independent energy meter for each apartment.
TELEPHONE: Provision for telephone points in living, master bedroom.
CABLE TV / INTERNET: All bedrooms provision (conduits only) for internet and in master bed and living room wired facility for cable TV and Internet.
